The social bathrooms and those of the main bedrooms were also the subject of special attention, with the application of hand-painted tiles from the Sant' Anna Factory, founded in 1741. From the tropical motifs or related to the rural landscape, the tiles are one of the main decorative elements, complementing the rustic atmosphere of the rest of the house, which also features details such as wardrobes and solid oak wooden doors. The main house consists of six bedrooms en suite, two living rooms with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with two utility bedrooms, laundry space and pantry.
