' Fattoria is a property that dates back to the end of the 19th century and is considered as one of the first farms in the Val di Chiana. It is located on a ridge overlooking the whole Val di Chiana, about 12 km from the town of Cortona. The main portion is about 800 m² spreading over two 40-m-long corridors with eight bedrooms and four bathrooms all furnished in a typical Tuscan style with ancient and original terracotta tiles, two lounges with a billiard room, a dining room, the original Tuscan style Kitchen of about 80 m², bedroom with bathroom. Walls and ceilings are all hand painted.
