In the mezzanine: a lounge area with TV and a large bedroom.
Double glazing. Free parking in the surrounding area. Shops nearby. Restaurant very close.
Bed linen, towels and bath mat are provided.
A welcome kit is provided to offer you the best possible comfort!
Rental price: Weekly : 1100 € (includes cleaning, laundry, welcome kit). Weekend: €150 per night + €100 (includes cleaning, laundry, welcome kit).
PLEASE NOTE: A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid in order to book the property. They will be kept in case of cancellation. Security deposit: 1000 € (cheque(s) or cash) -> not cashed, it will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage has been noted.
