*No pets (small, medium, or friendly, it's a no-go).
*The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million prior to occupancy.
*The tenant agrees to abide by all building regulations.
*The tenant agrees to pay a $175 cleaning fee at the end of the lease upon signing the lease.
