Many public transports, shops, restaurants are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, crockery, microwave, pans, kitchen ustensils, kettle… It also has an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, electricity, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, water. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. --------- The Wazemmes neighbourhood is bursting with life and colour. Here you'll find restaurants and shops from all fours corners of the globe : Chinese, Thaï, Middle-Eastern… This area is becoming more and more sought-after, notably by students and young professionals thanks to its lovely traditional Lillois houses. There are numerous shops and boutiques along the rue Gambetta and cultural sites and trendy bars are also springing up in the area. At the heart of the neighbourhood is the Halles de Wazemmes which hosts a permanent market under its stunning arcades but also an immense open-air market on the public square every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
