A separate toilet and a small room with a window to the terrace, which can be successfully used as a study, guest room or children's room. The most important room is the large living room, where you can easily organize even a very large party. From the living room there are glass doors to the terrace, which is paved with cobblestones and partially roofed. A perfect place for summer parties, barbecues or just to put up a swing and watch the kids playing on the plot. The attic of the house is mainly used as a bedroom. There is a large bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Three independent rooms, serving as a bedroom and a storage room, which can be successfully used as a small wardrobe or storage room for less necessary everyday things.

In addition, the price of the property includes extensive equipment. It includes most furniture, household appliances, electronics, a gym, tools for taking care of the garden and much more. It is a high-end piece of equipment that has only a few years of little intensive use, as most of the time the house was inhabited by one person.
